- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 rashes bacon, diced
- 1 egg
- Soy sauce
- Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat and add bacon. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Move bacon to one side and crack egg into pan. Allow it to fry for a few minutes, then break up the egg with your spatula.
- Add rice to frying pan and a few tablespoons of soy sauce.
- When the rice has heated through and all the ingredients are combined the rice is ready to serve.
