Ingredients
- 1 slice Lebanese bread
- A few slices of left over lamb roast
- Lettuce, chopped
- Tomato, finely sliced
- 2 tablespoons natural yogurt
- Squeeze of lemon
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Combine yogurt, lemon, salt and pepper.
- Spread yogurt mix over one side of the pita.
- Top with lamb, tomato and lettuce.
- Roll wrap.
