Ingredients

  • 1 slice Lebanese bread
  • 3 pieces chicken tenderloin, or left-over chicken schnitzel
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato, sliced

Method

  1. Spread a thin layer mayonnaise over the Lebanese bread.
  2. Lay slices of chicken tenderloin or schnitzel down the middle of the wrap.
  3. Top with lettuce and tomato.
  4. Roll wrap tightly.

Notes & Tips

Instead of mayonnaise you can also used left over coleslaw.
