Creamy tandoori chicken and pappadum stack with avocado, sour cream and crispy lettuce
Mince chilli, ginger onion and chllies.
Mix in remainder of tandoori paste ingredients
Add chicken and marinate for an hour
Grill chicken tenderloins on high heat till browned then bake -covered at 180° till cooked.
Mix avaocados with sweet chilli and lemon
Layer chicken between pappadums
With lettuce and carrot strips
Top with avacado mix, sour cream and sprouts.
