Tandoori Chicken Stack


Creamy tandoori chicken and pappadum stack with avocado, sour cream and crispy lettuce

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mince chilli, ginger onion and chllies.
  2. Mix in remainder of tandoori paste ingredients
  3. Add chicken and marinate for an hour
  4. Grill chicken tenderloins on high heat till browned then bake -covered at 180° till cooked.
  5. Mix avaocados with sweet chilli and lemon
  6. Layer chicken between pappadums
  7. with lettuce and carrot strips
  8. Top with avacado mix, sour cream and sprouts.
  9. Choose the correct ingredients for gluten free if required.
