Cut the avocado in half and remove the stone, which is much too hard to eat anyway.
With a teaspoon, scoop out the flesh and place in a small bowl and mash it up. Set the avocado skins aside. You will use it later.
Add the crabmeat (or tuna), lemon juice, a shake of black pepper and enough cream cheese to make a smooth blend.
Pile the mixture into the avocado skins.
Drizzle a little paprika over the mixture and garnish with a black olive.
