Red Wine Eye Fillet


Ingredients

Method

  1. Marinate eye fillet for at least 12 hours in red wine garlic and spring onions.
  2. Seal eye fillet on hot BBQ, close the lid and roast for about 20 minutes.
  3. Serve with mash and pea puree.
