Red Wine Eye Fillet



  • 1.

    Marinate eye fillet for at least 12 hours in red wine garlic and spring onions.

  • 2.

    Seal eye fillet on hot BBQ, close the lid and roast for about 20 minutes.

  • 3.

    Serve with mash and pea puree.
