Ingredients

  • 1 kg of grated potatoes
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1/2 a cup of curly parsley
  • 1 tsp vegeta stock powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 150g of rice flour

Method

  1. Grate potatoes and onion and combine with chopped parsley and other ingredients.
  2. Take out a handful and give it a squeeze, then place into hot canola oil and fry till golden on one side, flip and repeat on the other side, then drain on some absorbent towel.
  3. Serve with Lamb Weange
