Cut mushrooms into quarters and place in a bowl, marinate with Kikkoman’s sauce for at least 1/2 an hour.
Chop sweet potato and onion into 2 cm chunks then fry with the spices and chillies.
Add the drained mushrooms and sauté for 5 minutes.
Toss in the chopped capsicum (same size as sweet potato) then and marinating liquor and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Add 100 ml of water and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
Serve on accompaniment of your choice.
