Flashback Scallops


Ingredients

Method

  1. Thread one end of bacon onto skewer, add 1 scallop and fold bacon over and thread onto skewer – repeat until skewer is full.
  2. BBQ or grill for 3 minutes on each side.
  3. Serve with salad and Marie Rose Dipping Sauce.

Marie Rose Dipping Sauce

  1. 200ml whole egg mayonnaise
  2. 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  3. 1 tsp Brandy (optional)
  4. 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  5. Salt and pepper
  6. Squeeze of lemon (about 6 drops)
  7. 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  8. Mix together
