Bolognese Sauce



  • 1.

    In frying pan fry mince with a little olive oil. Break up mince as it browns through. Cook until it dries but don’t burn.

  • 2.

    Add whole chilli (this is optional) and Balsamic vinegar and reduce.

  • 3.

    Add wine and garlic and slide in vegetables and basil (no need to chop) and bring to boil.

  • 4.

    Sprinkle over stock powder, add tomatoes and water, salt and pepper to taste.

  • 5.

    Simmer for 1-3 hours (3 hours is best)

  • 6.

    Serve over pasta with a sprinkle or parmesan on top.

If it's so common,then who copied who?By the way i do mine almost identical,but have never met this man in my life.
I would say we have similar taste buds az4. :)
