Honey Mustard Prawns


  • 700g raw prawn tails

  • 290ml clover & honey mustard dressing

  • 200g fresh linguine

  • 1/2 cup flat leaf parsley

  • 1/2 cup dill

  • 1 tbsp rock salt


  • 1.

    Marinate raw prawn tails in Clover & Honey Mustard Dressing for at least 1/2 an hour.

  • 2.

    Cook the linguine as per packet instructions.

  • 3.

    Drain prawns from marination and fry in very hot pan with chopped parsley till just cooked (5-6 minutes).

  • 4.

    Toss in the pasta and parsley and half the marination liqour and serve topped with fresh dill.
