Thai Steamed Tuna


Ingredients

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine tuna, onions, curry paste, rice flour, eggs, bi- carb and mix until almost smooth.
  2. Form into patties about the size of a tablespoon and place on large lettuce leaves in bamboo steamer for 5 -8 minutes or until just firm.
  3. Serve in baby cos leaves with a drizzle of sweet chilli and fried shallots.
