Tuna Pasta


Ingredients

  • 300g loin of fresh tuna cut into 1 cm cubes
  • 2 tomatoes peeled and seeded (chop into quarters)
  • 1 clove garlic sliced really thin
  • ½ bunch of chives (chopped)
  • Splash of white wine
  • Splash of thickened cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 50g shaved parmesan
  • 200g linguine (cooked as per packet instructions)
  • Extra virgin olive oil

Method

  1. In a hot fry pan, splash in some oil, toss in the tomatoes, garlic and ½ the chives. As soon as the tomatoes are hot tumble in the cubed tuna.
  2. Pour in the wine and allow to boil, followed by the cream, then toss in the cooked linguine. Season with salt and pepper
  3. Serve with the second half of the chives and shaved parmesan.
