Veal and Tomato Salad


Ingredients

Method

  1. Toss together the radicchio leaves with spring onions and tomatoes.
  2. Mix the mustard oil and vinegar intoa dressing
  3. Fry the sliced veal steak for 2 minutes on each side then toss in the beans and a knob of butter. When the butter has melted take off the heat and pour the dressing over the veal and beans, then on top of the salad and serve.
