I have made this recipe using a recipe for home made wonton wrappers as follows: ING: 2 cups plain or all purpose flour , 1/2 tspn salt , 1 egg ,1/4 cup water. Mix salt & flour in a bowl , in another bowl add 1/4 cup water and add egg to it, beat with fork gently. Make well in centre of flour mix and add egg mixture (add extra water if required). Turn out onto floured board and knead dough until smooth (several minutes). Place kneaded dough in a bowl cover with cling film and let rest for 1 hour. then cut dough into quarters , place one quarter on floured board and roll with rolling pin until very thin, cut into desired shape (usually square or round). If stacking dust lightly with flour. Keep cut wrappers covered with cling film to stop drying out. Can be frozen... add dim sim ingredients and steam or fry. YUM!!! or you can buy wonton wrappers from most supermarkets. Hope this helps.
