Baked Berry Custard


  • 6 eggs

  • 200ml of thickened cream

  • 1 vanilla bean

  • 1 can (400g) Admiral Berry Combo in syrup


  • 1.

    Combine the eggs, cream and the scraped flesh of the vanilla bean into a bowl and mix well.

  • 2.

    Empty the whole can of berries (including juice,) into the egg & cream mix.

  • 3.

    Spoon the mixture into the ramekins, do not over fill as it will spill out.

  • 4.

    Place ramekins in an oven tray with enough water to come half way up the ramekin and bake at 190 degrees for 25 minutes.
