Chocolate Almond Swirls


Ingredients

Method

  1. Cut one sheet of pastry into 2 cm wide strips. Cut the second sheet into small circles.
  2. Brush the “strip” with egg wash, then sprinkle with almond meal and chocolate chips.
  3. Brush the pastry circle with egg wash, sprinkle with almond meal then Place one almond in the centre of the circle.
  4. Place the twirled strip on top of the circle, onto baking paper, then into an oven pre-heated to 200C for minutes.
