The Passion of the Banana Loaf



  • 1.

    Place the bananas, melted butter, passion fruit, eggs and walnuts in the blender and pulse until combined.

  • 2.

    Pour the banana mix into the flour and stir well until combined.

  • 3.

    Put the banana dough into a loaf tin then bake at 190C for 45 minutes.
