Combine all powder ingredients in a large bowl and form a well in the centre.
Slowly add the warm water and oil to the well then gradually mix the flour through until combined. Knead until smooth and slightly springy.
Cut off 5 cm square pieces of dough and roll out to a thickness of ½ cm (pasta machine is perfect for this.)
Splash oil into a frying pan and heat. Cook flat bread on each side for 1 minute. A light spray of olive oil can be used.
Best eaten straight away as a dipping bread
