Recipe by James Reeson from Alive and Cooking
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp ground ginger
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp mixed spice
Combine all the above ingredients in an air tight container and mix well.
Spices should keep for a few months.
