Pumpkin Damper

Ingredients

  • 1 concentrated pumpkin soup

  • 2 eggs

  • 500g self raising flour

Method

  • 1.

    Pour soup into bowl and mix in eggs.

  • 2.

    Add self raising flour.

  • 3.

    Combine to make a soft dough.

  • 4.

    Place dough into pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on top.

  • 5.

    Place in hot oven (with fan if you have it) for about 25 mins.

  • 6.

    Eat warm with a nice piece of cheese.

question, quantity of soup needed plus hot oven converted is it 200 or 220 degrees C
