Dried Fruit Tagine


Ingredients

  • 1 cup dried figs
  • 1 cup dried dates
  • 1 cup prunes
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • orange peel
  • 3 cardamom pods

Sweet spiced yoghurt

Method

  1. Mix ingredients in bowl and place in tagine to cook slowly, aprox 30 minutes over a low heat.
  2. Spoon into bowls, top with sweet spiced yoghurt.
  3. For that little bit extra garnish with fairy floss and chopped pistachio.
