Mint Limeade


  • 8 cups cold water

  • 1 cup of lime juice and the zest from the limes

  • 1/2 cup honey or 2 cups of sugar

  • a large handful or two of fresh mint leaves

  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt


  • 1.

    Pour everything into a large pitcher and puree with an immersion blender. You may also finely mince the mint and simply stir it in or puree some of the ingredients in a smaller blender or food processor before combining everything together in the pitcher.
