Ingredients

  • 2 green mangos peeled and grated fine

  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar or white castor sugar

  • 3 finely chopped thai red shallots or 1 tablespoon finely diced red onions

  • 1 birds eye chilli

  • julienne kaffir lime leaves optional

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon chopped coriander

Method

  • 1.

    Mix the ingredients and adjust seasoning using the fish sauce, lime juice, palm sugar & chilli.
