Yorkshire Pudding


Ingredients

  • 250 g Plain Flour
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 5 Eggs (well beaten)
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil

Method

  1. Sift flour into large bowl and whisk in milk.
  2. Mix in the eggs and form a batter.
  3. Rest the mixture for 30 minutes.
  4. Set oven at 200 degrees celcius.
  5. Set in the oven tray with oil for 5 minutes until sizzling.
  6. Take out of the oven and pour the batter mix.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
  8. Serve with fresh minted peas.
