Chilled Gazpacho



  • 1.

    Place all ingredients in food processor.

  • 2.

    Blend until smooth.

  • 3.

    Pass through a strainer or colander into a chilled cocktail glass.

  • 4.

    Add two ice cubes and finish with a slice of jamon on top.
