  • 1 tsp Brown sugar

  • 60 ml Mount Gay Rum

  • 180 ml Strong hot black coffee

  • Pouring cream


  • 1.

    In a glass mix the rum and the sugar together.

  • 2.

    Pour the coffee over the rum and stir well to dissolve the sugar.

  • 3.

    Place the back of a spoon just over the coffee by the inside of the glass and slowly pour the cream over the spoon so that the cream stays floating on top of the coffee.

I just made this coffee..and it was GOOD! Packs a punch though..perfect for after dinner on a Friday night! :)
