Mini Lamb Pies


Mini Lamb Pies

You will need a non-stick mini muffin tray. Makes 10.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup lamb pie mixture
  • 1 tbsp chopped thyme
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 sheets (defrosted) pastry

Method

  1. Cut pies out into rounds, and gently place into trays.
  2. Fill with pie mix and herbs to just below the surface.
  3. Close the top of the pie by squeezing together.
  4. Bake at 200C for ten minutes.
