Pear, Peach and Cinnamon Puree

  • 3 pears, peeled, cored and cut into 2cm pieces

  • 2 peaches, peeled, stone removed and cut into 2cm pieces

  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon


  • 1.

    Cover pears and peaches with water, add cinnamon and simmer until tender (about 10 minutes).

  • 2.

    Strain off liquid and puree.
