Butter bean and Choriza stew

A spicy stew best with rice would work with pasta and cheese.



  • 1.

    Cube potatoes and cook in microwave for 2 mins.

  • 2.

    Place olive oil in pan and fry onion,chilli and garlic for 2 mins.

  • 3.

    Add choriza and paprika fry for 2-3 mins

  • 4.

    Add tomatoes, potato, bay leafies,tom puree and water Simmer for 10 mins

  • 5.

    Add butter beans salt and pepper and simmer for 35 mins

  • 6.

    Add pastley and serve


If you don't like chilli don't add them.
If you really like add more (quite hot already)
Can use fresh chilli instead
Can be cooked longer if needed
