Light and easy scones for every morning , afternoon or high tea

Serves 10 to 20

Ingredients

Method

  1. Method
  2. • Preheat Oven to 175C (170C Fan Forced)
  3. • Mix dry Ingredients together in large Bowl
  4. • Add Cream & Lemonade
  5. • Knead together to form soft dough (Do not over knead or over handle the dough)
  6. • Turn out of floured board / surface
  7. • Roll out to 2 ½ cm thick
  8. • Cut to Desired Size (Either Square or Circle with scone cutter or knife)
  9. • Place on lined Tray
  10. • Brush top with Milk
  11. • Bake for approx 15-18 mins

Notes & Tips

I hope you enjoy, remember you do not need to make to the whole batch you can reduce quantities but they freeze really well, the mixture needs to moist.
