Mustard Chicken


Easy to make! Serve it with rice.

Serves 6 to 8

Ingredients

Method

  1. Mix together the sugar, salt, mustard, flour and oil.
  2. Add the vinegar, mayonaise and boiling water to the sugar mixture.
  3. Arrange the chicken pieces neatly in a oven proof dish.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken in the dish.
  5. Sprinkle over the cheese.
  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180C for 2hrs.

Spoon off any access oil from the chicken before serving.
