Cheesy Tuna Mornay flavoured with wine and herbs stuffed into crepes and baked til slightly crispy outside and melted inside
Combine the ingredients fo the crepes and set aside for 20mins
In a large pan - melt the butter and saute the onion and garlic.
Add the flour and fry for 1 minute.
Add the wine and keep stirring for 30 seconds.
Add the milk and stir til thickened.
Add all the other ingredients and continue cooking, stirring the whole time.
Take off the heat and set aside.
Cook the crepes in a hot pan.
Spoon the filling into each and roll up and place in a baking dish.
Top each with more shredded cheese and bake in a 180C oven for 20 mins.
You can also just serve the Tuna Mornay over rice or make little Tuna pies with Puff Pastry baked in the oven till golden
