DELICIOUS CREAMY LEMON SAUCE OVER HEARTY VEAL STEAKS. SIMPLE BUT DELICIOUS

Serves 4

Ingredients

Method

  1. HEAT A PAN AND MELT BUTTER
  2. COAT THE VEAL IN FLOUR
  3. COOK 4 AT A TIME TILL FLOUR BROWNS
  4. THEN REMOVE AND COOK REMAIING 4
  5. SET ASIDE
  6. ADD LEMON JUICE TO THE PAN AND A TBSP OF SUGAR
  7. COOK FOR 1 MINUTE ON HIGH HEAT
  8. ADD CREAM, SALT AND A PINCH OF PAPER
  9. SIMMER TO THICKEN
  10. THEN YOU CAN DO 2 THINGS-
  11. EITHER USE THE SAUCE ON YOP OR
  12. PLACE THE VEAL BACK INTO SAUCE AND CONTINUE TO SIMMER, THIS IS WHAT I PREER.
  13. SERVE WITH VEGIES OF YOUR HOICE
  14. I DO STEAMED WHOLE CARROTS, PEAS AND MASHED POTATO
