Ingredients

  • 2 shots brandy
  • 1 shot single cream
  • 1 shot Coffee liqueur
  • ice
  • ground nutmeg

Method

  1. Pour the cream, brandy and liqueur in a cocktail shaker with the ice. Close the top of the shaker with a tall glass.
  2. Shake until frost starts to appear on the surface of the shaker.
  3. Pour into martini glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg.
