Your batter should only fill tins to almost two thirds
Most importantly ,your tins should be put in oven with about a tbsp of oil, in each pot let get very hot, open oven, and pour yummy batter into pots, close oven whcih should be at 450 , let go for 15 min turn down to 350 and let go another 15 to 20 min. voila perfection , dont be frightened to play about with other sizes, you'll get the hang of it and all will adore your pudding
One thing do not try to put fresh herbs or play about too much with this recipe or you will end up with a horrid quiche
