Yorkshire Pudding


crispy golden fluffy, for savory or with maple syrup

Ingredients

  • Cup of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • that is it, but,
  • All must be at room temp including utensils and yes tht means your beater
  • I find it fills 9 muffins tins no more
  • Your batter should only fill tins to almost two thirds
  • Most importantly ,your tins should be put in oven with about a tbsp of oil, in each pot let get very hot, open oven, and pour yummy batter into pots, close oven whcih should be at 450 , let go for 15 min turn down to 350 and let go another 15 to 20 min. voila perfection , dont be frightened to play about with other sizes, you'll get the hang of it and all will adore your pudding
  • One thing do not try to put fresh herbs or play about too much with this recipe or you will end up with a horrid quiche
