A gluten free delight designed for apeople who need lots of food for energy but cannot eat gluten
Place a little olive oil, bacon or substitute, and onion in a frying pan,
Cook till onion is clear on low heat,
Aadd mushrooms , carnation milk and cheese, and tomato paste - stir and heat slowly thru...
It will thicken slighly - if not thick enough for your liking use a little corn flour to thicken - or do as we do and add more cheese!!
Serve mixture over fettucini - sprinkle with the pepper and enjoy!!
Very simple recipe, - and most ingredient can be purchased from your local supermarket already sliced and prepacked ready for you to go!
This recipe can also be made for gluten tolerant people by using any kind of pasta - and using sour cream instead of carnation milk - yum!!
