Quick & easy to prepare whole snapper with a delicious pine nut stuffing.
Mix oil, vinegar & soy sauce together .
Mix stuffing ingredients together and place in the fish.
Grease hot BBQ plate with some of the oil mixture.
Place fish directly onto BBQ plate.
Cook both sides; basting fish with oil mixture while cooking.
I have successfully baked the fish in the oven.
I use toothpicks to hold fish together after stuffing.
Stuffing amounts given are for a large fish.
Cooking times are approximate as it depends on the size of the fish.
