Notes & Tips

I have successfully baked the fish in the oven. I use toothpicks to hold fish together after stuffing. Stuffing amounts given are for a large fish. Cooking times are approximate as it depends on the size of the fish.

I know but it really depends on your fish size and the heat of your BBQ. At rough guess, I start it on the BBQ about 20 minutes before I want to serve serving but watch it to ensure that I don't over cook.
