Janpanese Cassarole

A cassarole that is cooked in the oven using chops.



  • 1.

    Place chops in a baking tray. Chops must be able to fit on the bottom of the tray without over lapping

  • 2.

    Make up both can's of soup as directed on the can and add to the chops.

  • 3.

    Add the frozen mixed vegetables to the mixand mixed .

  • 4.

    Cover with foil and place in the oven. at about 160 - 180 degrees checking after about 30 mins. (Cooking time can vary depending on size of chops)

  • 5.

    Potatoes can be had two different ways either mashed or cut into chunks and deep fried like you would for chips.


Add the two cans of soup together and add the mixed Veggie's before pouring over the chops.
