A beautifully light cake with a hint of mixed spice in the body and delicious melted butter and cinnamon and sugar over the top.
Combine flour, sugar, milk, custard, margarine, eggs and mixed spice in mixing bowl and beat for 5 minutes. Bake in 8" round tin at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes. When cool, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
