Fried LADIES’ FINGERS is a good dish for the family. It is adequate for serve to four. It is easy family-friendly weekday and weeknight meal.
Heat olive oil in pan and fry Pounded Ingredients until fragrant.
Add ladies’s fingers and stir for 2 minutes.
Add tamarind juice and simmer for 2 minutes.
