Cook pasta in salted water and stir once to remove clumped pasta. Drain.
Lightly brush prawns with oil and barbeque for 2 minutes either side and turn. Cook until prawn meat has just turned pink. Try not to overcook prawns or they will become tough.
Add butter to pan and cook onion, garlic and sage until onion is transparent.
Add white wine to taste and pouring cream and heat through - slightly reduce.
Add pasta and stir through until heated.
Serve pasta and top with cheese and bacon, then finally prawns.

If I have any fresh green vegetables in the fridge, I like to add these for colour. It's fun and easy to play with this recipe and try to use what you have in the fridge.
