Cook diced chicken breasts in half garlic and a bit olive oil , when cooked add everything else except cream , when everything is cooked add cream, then add cornflour and stir until quiet thick if it does not thicken add a little more cornflour mixed with water, it needs to be quiet thick or pastry will go soggy.Bake pastry in a greased ramekin dish or pie dish for about 7 minutes , prick any large bumps add chicken mix cover with more puff pastry brush with milk and then sprinkle well with sesame seeds cook for a further 10-12 minutes in a moderate oven or until pastry is golden brown , serve with your favourite salad and white wine , forgot to say season with salt and pepper depending on taste prioir to cooking
