You won't be able to stop eating this savoury snack. It is always a favourite at family gatherings.
500g mixed nuts
one pkt each of french onion soup and cream of chicken soup
one desertspoon of curry powder
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
one cup olive oil
Put all ingredients in a container and tip oil over it. Stir and leave afew days if you can before you eat it.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris are the best wines to pair with Nuts & Bolts.
