Pre-heat oven to 160 fan force
Melt Lindt chocolate - place in bowl melt over a saucepan of simmering water stir occasionally. Once melted set aside and cool.
Beat sugars and butter until pale.
Add vanilla and egg beat till blended.
Sift dry ingredients together, add all ingredients together.
Use synthetic baking liners or line baking tray with baking paper.
Roll balls ( as big a cookie as you want) press down with fork.
Bake for 10 min, remove from oven and allow to cool on tray.
Best consumed warm with a cold glass o milk!!!
