Ingredients

Method

  1. Wash Strawberries.
  2. Place in a heavy based frying pan and heat until juice just starts to show. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  3. Heat until sugar melts then pour one shot of cointreau and flambe to burn of alchohol and caramelise
  4. Serve with cream or ice cream
