Strawberries Romanou

a quick tasty desert



  • 1.

    Wash Strawberries.

  • 2.

    Place in a heavy based frying pan and heat until juice just starts to show. Sprinkle with brown sugar.

  • 3.

    Heat until sugar melts then pour one shot of cointreau and flambe to burn of alchohol and caramelise

  • 4.

    Serve with cream or ice cream


Gently shake pan to keep spirit burning
