Zucchini Pie

I have been making this dish for so long now I can't remember where I got it from. All I know is that it is a favourite at all of my family/friend bbqs and I can make it with my eyes closed. Even children who say they don't like vegetables love my zucchini pie!



  • 1.

    Grease the bottom of a 20cm quiche dish with softened butter

  • 2.

    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix by hand

  • 3.

    Pour mixture into the greased dish and bang on the bench a couple of times to evenly distribute the mixture

  • 4.

    Bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 40-45 mins


The onion is an optional ingredient - my youngest son doesn't like onion so I leave it out sometimes for him
