Lamb cutlets with tomato and onions.
6 lamb cutlets
1 tin of diced tomatoes
2 sliced onions
1 tbsp of french onion soup
Pre-heat oven to 180.
Place all ingredients in baking dish.
Bake for1 hour.
Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed green beans.
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Shiraz are the best wines to pair with Baked Lamb Cutlets.
