Get your tin plate or oven shallow dish , Cut enough slices of cheese to cover the bottom of the dish.
Then cover the cheese slices with enough full cream milk to cover the cheese so you cannot see the slices .
Place this plate under the Grill & cook till the top starts to blacken I like it well cooked on top as it adds to the taste remove from grill.
Butter some thick slices of bread place a knife into the mixture to lift up some cheese place onto your bread roll over like a sandwich then dip your bread into the hot milk topping and eat.
