Heat butter in saucepan, add bacon and fry on moderate heat for approx 5 mins. add garlic and soften. add beans and fry off for approx 8 minutes, add 300ml - 600ml of cream, bring to boil and reduce to simmer. check seasoning and add salt & pepper to taste, not too much as flavours will intensify.
Simmer for approx 15 mins - to thicken creamsauce and soften beans. once cream has reduced turn off heat and leave for 5 mins.
